Our apologies.

Stress is a mother.
We here at Flair (shut up antoine) have been stressed to the max with life. So this post is in honor of how we relieve our stress.

1. Spend countless hours catching up on what it is we've been missing in the world. Politics [that's right!], fashion, music, & life in general to sum it up. (pee.ess. watch the video, she's inspiring)

2.  Listen to music from our childhood. For some reason we are calmed by it because it makes us feel good. It reminds us of how much we've grown and to not let the current unimportant happenings get the best of us. The old records on the record players do it best, but if you don't have that imeem & pandora radio do their justice as well.

3. Drink some coffee or tea. This means personal time, even if it is for only 5 minutes. That little bit of personal time makes you focus, calm down, & take a deep breathe. Besides, reading the back of Starbuck's coffee cups are quite insightful and funny. Even if you don't order a hot drink, sneek a peek at someone else's.

4. Buy yourself something nice. No one in this world loves you more than you do. If you don't love yourself you better get the working on it. (*reference back to Fabulosity book in January 23rd post*) Besides, it's nice to spend money on yourself, no it's not shallow because you do it everyday.

[no picture for this one]

5. Shake your ass.lol. In your underwear in front of the mirror in your room (don't fake like you've never even thought about it and/or done it). And don't give us that 'I can't dance' shit, obviously you don't watch enough movies, television, etc. There are a lot of crazy bitches in this world who can't dance but no one stops them.
(*sings*: yes i'm like, hot chick that you can't even touch. i'm like this cold ass bitch and i ain't ready to suck... and this one is for all my ladies who like to shake it like that. so get your ass on floor, down to the floor. {uffie - hot chick})

Okay, so there it all is in a nutshell. Our word of advice is:

"Take life day by day and handle everything one thing at a time. Don't get too far ahead of yourself and think too far into the future. You're only setting yourself up for a disaster." (quote us if you must)
